If you’ve never tasted hand-made chocolate created from the freshest ingredients before, then first and foremost you can expect this workshop to be a revelation to your taste-buds!At the Manchester location you will learn the art of the chocolatier and create your own delicacies on this fantastic course. This introductory taster course enables you to get up close and hands on with your favourite food - chocolate. With the expert guidance of the chocolatier you will create a chocolate teddy bear which will form the centre piece for you to surround with hand made truffles. At the London location you will learn about the origins of chocolate and the process from bean to bar, before learning how to make fudge, praline and truffles. You will demonstrate your cookery skills as you cut, dip and decorate your own chocolate under a skilled chocolatier’s guidance. You will get to take home a ribbon-tied box of your own home-made chocolates, as well as detailed recipes to make at your leisure.

For the first time the rich indulgent experience of flowing chocolate can be enjoyed in the comfort of your own home. Friends and family will delight at the rich aroma of warm chocolate cascading down the fountain and thus dip fruits, marshmallows, biscuits and other dipping foods to create chocolate covered delicacies.

Just fill the base with melted chocolate, turn on the motor and experience pure chocolate heaven!  Warm belgian chocolate (or any chocolate for that matter!) is carried to the top of the fountain where it cascades down, forming a flowing curtain of delicious chocolate. The Chocolate Time Chocolatiere lets you create great tasting chocolate sweets at home.

Chocolate is conventionally melted on the stove top. The chocolate hardens the second the pot is taken off the stove, and much of the chocolate goes to waste. The Chocolatiere is different, because it’s an electric chocolate melting pot, so the chocolate stays melted and soft. You don’t need to boil water, or turn your stove on. It can be used as an electric fondue and looks great on a table with a selection of fruit and sweets to tempt your guests, or you.

This chocolate fountain provides great fun for friends and family as the ideal party centerpiece with three tiers of warm cascading chocolate to dip all sorts of fruits, marshmallows and biscuits. Design of chocolate fountain differs very slightly from that shown due to a newer model release with a single dial. Includes 900g of Belgian milk chocolate chips to get you started although you may require more.
